The hotel has a VERY dedicated staff. Reception to room service worked flawlessly. Moving between areas is easy with constant support from the buggy transportation. The staff consistently delivers excellence WITH kindness.

the hotel has many dining options. al nafoorah is a lebanese restaurant with excellent food. the pool area has staff offering complimentary iced grapes and popsicles. the rooms included comfy beds and tasteful interior design.
I noticed some furniture in my arabian beautiful room was outdated. the housekeeping team missed spots in the bathroom. the breakfast selection could be better. The poached eggs were pre-made and cold.

i found the location to be superb with amazing views. the amenities were thoughtfully provided and catered well to my needs. the staff were very helpful and the service was excellent. i especially liked the private beach and its calm atmosphere.
the reception desk experience was not smooth , it lacked a personal touch and felt somewhat impersonal.
